Form security
Our submission forms use Cloudflare Turnstile to check for automated abuse. Cloudflare processes technical browser and connection information for this check. We send the connection IP address with server-side verification. Our application stores keyed hashes of IP addresses and submission fingerprints to limit repeated attempts; it does not store raw IP addresses in the spam-protection table. Hosting providers may keep their own technical logs.
Pending submissions are remembered in session storage for safe retries. Beer voting uses local storage to remember your voting code. New reviews are held for moderator approval before publication.
